Did you know that we can special order SRAM/RockShox products? While we only stock a variety of SRAM and RockShox parts, we have access to many more parts that aren't on our website. Front and rear suspension, dropper seatposts, chainrings, and many other components can all be special ordered. If you are interested in doing a special order for SRAM or RockShox products, simply email service@tbsbikeparts.com with the part or model number you are looking for. We would then check stock from our supplier and let you know the price. If our supplier has the part in stock, we can generally have it here in two business days, but it can take up to a week.

All special order products need to be prepaid ahead of time before we order from our supplier. We would send a payment link and as soon as payment is received, we would order the part from our supplier. Once the part arrives to us we would ship it within 24 business hours and provide a tracking number from Canada Post/USPS. It's that simple.
